Capitalize on what you know and believe

“Motivation is fuel for the soul, it is like coal to a fire, and the more coal you put into that fire, the faster that train will reach its destination.” I often quote these terms to my clients to motivate them. Today the leaders in the 21st century need to have positive etho with strong ethnics in order to be an effective communicator on a multi- cultural global level.

Mastering the skill on how one is perceive by their audience are great ethnics. In comparison, it’s like a comedian who prepares particular joke material for different types of audiences. Also, it is suggested that having a strong sense of self-belief is good ethics. So practice what you speak! This will build a solid relationship with your clients.

(Shad & Shad, 2007) I believe that Maslow theories on needs don’t need any verifiable facts or validation to support his findings. You simply can’t survey all human conditions. For instance, you can’t measure ambition, creativity, or imagination. Having these unique abilities can be resourceful to those leaders who are able to use them wisely.

Furthermore, try to be a leader among leaders. Be a creative force with great potential. With this in mind, motivate yourself and persuade people to fulfill their destinies.
